I used to program in Mathematica some time ago and here you can find
a fix to
Mathematica
that enables it to correctly evaluate residues of the Gamma function when
its argument is not just a constant but an expression, which value is a
negative integer. I will update this file (I hope) (last updated 18
August 1998. Added fixes for Sin, Cos, Tan, Cot and Power. Now the
periodicity of these functions is processed not only for constant arguments
but as well in more complicated cases, which is done by also FIXED test
IntegerQ) and add more such fixes - I hope I will need not too many of
them. For detailed description see comments in the text of the fix.

of the Hypergeometric type and their applications". Some parts of the thesis
are available in English: a part on an integral
with the Bessel function and a part on the
Vekua-Erdelyi-Lowndess transmutations.
